Meet Katherine

My name is Katherine; I’m a 20-something currently living in Atlanta. I am the proud owner/companion/choose your word here to a lovable White German Shepherd, two cats, and a beta fish. As you can tell from my assortment of pets, I have a big heart for animals. I also have a passion for creating quality content online while helping others to do the same; I decided to blend my two passions into one venture by writing with “Life with Arie,” an Atlanta pet blog with the purpose of creating a fun, informative source for pet lovers on the web.

On “Life with Arie” you’ll find my tales of tails, interesting stories from around the web about animals and the amazing things they do, as well as about the people who love them, and a great deal about pet care and nutrition to help make your life with your pet as interesting, fulfilling, and long-lived as possible. I’ll include plenty of personal accounts of my life with Arie, my two cranky middle-aged cats, Jasper and Briseis, as well as our newest addition, a beta fish named Frank, so that you can get to know me as well as the little family that resides with me.

In between the pet-centric topics I’ll also go over a few best practices for bloggers on writing, utilizing social media, and more, with a special focus for those wishing to produce online content about pets.
